Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. To provide better shopping experiences for our customers, we have a return & refund policy. This policy is applicable to Way of Wade website online purchase only.

Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return procedures
  1. Please contact us at support@wayofwade.com previously if you want to return an item. Please do not send it back without contacting us.
  2. We’ll send a return label with shipping address and instructions. 
  3. Customer send the package to us. 
  4. After our warehouse receives and evaluates the item (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.), the refund will be initiated.
  5. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method around 10 business days. 

Refund
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the total shipping costs of returned items if it’s not the problem about quality of the product.
